In a previous post, we talked about sulfates (existing in most shampoos) as a form of harsh surfactants/cleaning/foaming agents. And then we left to you the decision re- when/whether to use them. If you haven’t seen this post yet, you can go back to on our blog. Today we provide you with a list of:
1- Harsh surfactants (that are not CG approved including sulfates) which are recommended to be used ONLY for periodic clarification and/or to remove stubborn oil treatments and,
2- Mild surfactants (that are CG approved) which are gentle and hence recommended to be used for regular washes, dyed hair, dry hair, etc…..without causing damage to your hair.
And it is great to know that after reading this list, you can totally go for a safe and natural option like the No Poo Recipe, a healthier and 100% natural shampoo alternative. Check it out here:https://www.thehairaddict.net/product/the-no-poo-recipe/
